Event Rental

Make your next event memorable when you book it at historic Reeder's Alley. Rental spaces include the Conference Center, Stonehouse Grotto, Pavilion and Caretaker's Lawn. A range of event types can be accommodated from meetings, community conversations, board retreats, workshops, training sessions and conferences to live performances, exhibits/gallery showings, receptions, memorials, baby showers, weddings, birthdays, reunions, graduations and more. Nonprofit rates are available.

Conference Center (20-45 guests): Includes wireless internet, 43-inch fat screen TV with HDMI cables, large tabletop whiteboard, markers, private restroom, private foyer, sandwich board signs, kitchenette with a sink, 6-foot banquet tables, 6-foot narrow tables, high-top tables and folding chairs.

  • Special Events Hourly: $100/hour*
  • Special Events Daily: $575/full day
  • Weekday Meetings (8 a.m.-5 p.m.): $250 regular rate/$150 nonprofit rate

Conference Center

Stonehouse Grotto (20–65 guests): Formerly the back half of the original Stonehouse Restaurant, this indoor flex space feels like an enchanting private garden grotto. It can be rented as a stand-alone venue, in conjunction with the Conference Center (for free-flowing, flexible use access doubling capacity) or as part of a full-alley access rental package. Includes private restroom, sandwich board signs, 6-foot banquet tables, 6-foot narrow tables, high-top tables and folding chairs.

  • Events Hourly: $125/hour*
  • Events Daily: $675/full day
  • Weekday Meetings (8 a.m.-5 p.m.): $325 regular rate/$225 nonprofit rate

Full Stonehouse (Conference Center and Stonehouse Grotto): A multi-use, indoor flex venue space capable of hosting roughly 100 people. The unique footprint allows for separate (but connected) spaces for meetings/retreat group break-out sessions, ceremony and receptions, an indoor dance venue, lobby and performances areas and more. When rented as part of a full access package (for reunions and weddings looking to incorporate the lawn and pavilion area into their footprint), makes for an excellent extra flex-use space (e.g., reception and dancing in the full Stonehouse space and ceremony in the lawn) with the added benefit of a built-in rain option that can accommodate most large parties when Mother Nature insists.

  • Events Daily: $1,100/full day
  • Weekday Meetings (8 a.m.-5 p.m.): $575 regular rate/$375 nonprofit rate

Pavilion (20-30 guests): Includes 6-foot banquet tables, a picnic table, high-top tables, folding chairs and easy access to electricity for sound/lights or related event needs.

  • $50/hour for pavilion

Caretaker's Lawn (60-125 guests): Includes 6-foot banquet tables, high-top tables, folding chairs, wooden spool tables, 10 x 10 canopy tents and lawn games.

  • Events Hourly: $100/hour*
  • Events Daily: $700/full day

Care Taker's Lawn

Full Alley Access (2 Options): Includes all equipment, perks and access listed in individual venue spaces. The best option for weddings, family reunions, graduations, large conference gatherings or events, or for larger parties that want a built-in rain plan option.

Option A - Full Access 1 (Lawn, Pavilion, Conference Center)

  • Events: $1,500 full access with Conference Center, Pavilion and Lawn
  • Events Nonprofit Rate: $1,300
Option B - Full Access 2 (Lawn, Pavilion, Conference Center, Stonehouse Grotto)
  • Events: $2,250 full access with Conference Center, Stonehouse Grotto, Pavilion and Lawn
  • Events Nonprofit Rate: $2,050
